1.GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1.This Privacy Policy of the Online Store is informative, meaning that it is not a source of reference for the Service Recipients or Customers of the Shop.

1.3.The Personal data of the Service Recipient and Customer are processed in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection dated 29th August 1997 (OJ 1997 No 133, pos. 883 as amended.) (Hereinafter: the Law on the protection of personal data) and the Law on electronic services of 18th July 2002 (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.).
1.4.The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of people who are the data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are processed in accordance with the law; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed, and stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
1.5.Any words, phrases and acronyms appearing on this website and beginning with a capital letter (eg. Seller, Online Store, Electronic Service) should be understood in accordance with their definition in the Regulations of the Online Store available at the Online Store pages.
2.PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION AND RECIPIENTS OF DATA
2.1.Each time, the purpose, scope and recipients of data processed by the Administrator due to the actions taken by the Service Recipients or Customers in the Online Store. For example, if the Customer during the Ordering process chooses personal collection instead of a courier service, its personal data will be processed to conclusion and execution of the Purchase Agreement, but will not be made available to the carrier which operates consignments on behalf of the Administrator.
2.2.Possible purposes of collecting personal information of Service Recipients or Customers by the Administrator:
conclusion and implementation of the Purchase Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services (eg. Account).
direct marketing of Administrators own products or services.
expressing by the Customer opinions on concluded Purchase Agreement.
2.3.Possible recipients of online store customers personal data:
In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of delivery by mail or courier, the Administrator provides the Customers' collected personal information to the selected carrier or intermediary executing the delivery on behalf of the Administrator.
In the case of a Customer who uses the Online Store with the method of electronic payment or debit card the Administrator provides the Customers' collected personal information to the selected entity operating these payments in the Online Store.
In the case of a Customer who agreed to express an opinion on a concluded Purchase Agreement, the Administrator provides the Customers' collected personal information to the selected company's survey system gathering opinions on the Purchase Agreements in the Online Store.
2.4.The Administrator can process the following personal data of Service Recipients or Customers using the Online Store: name and surname; e-mail address; contact phone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, town, country), address of residence / business / establishment (if different from the delivery address). In the case of Service Recipients or Customers not being consumers the Administrator can also process company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Service Recipient or Customer.
2.5.Providing personal data referred to in paragraph above may be necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Purchase Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time the scope of required data to conclude an agreement is indicated previously at the Online Store and in the Online Store Regulations.
3.COOKIES AND OPERATIONAL DATA
3.1.Cookie files (cookies) are small text files, sent by the server and stored at the side of a person visiting the Online Store (eg. on your personal computer/laptop hard drive or on the smartphones' memory card - depending on what device is used while visiting our Online Store). 3.2.The Administrator can process the data contained in Cookies during use of the Online Store by visitors for the following purposes:
identification of the Service Recipients as registered in the Online Store and showing that they are logged in;
bookmarking Products added to the cart for placing an Order;
storing data from completed Order forms, surveys or logging into the Online Store;
customizing content of the Online Store to individual preferences of the Service Recipient (eg. regarding color, font size, page layout), and optimising the use of Online Store;
conducting anonymous statistics presenting how the Online Store is being used.
3.3.By default, most web browsers available on the market implicitly allow for cookies to be saved. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions for the use of cookies by setting his browser. This means that you can for example partly mitigate (eg. for a time) or completely disable the ability to save cookies - in the latter case, however, it may have an impact on some of the Online Store functions (for example, impossible might be getting from Orders through Order Form due to not remembering Products in the basket during the next steps for submitting Orders).
3.4.Internet browser settings with regard to Cookies are essential to the use of our Online Store and are equal to giving permission for using Cookies by our Online Store - in accordance with the law such consent may also be expressed through the Web browser settings. In the absence of such consent the Web browser settings should be amended accordingly with regard to Cookies.

3.6.The Administrator also processes anonymous performance data related to the use of the Online Store (IP address, domain) to generate statistics to assist in the administration of the Online Store. These figures are cumulative and anonymous, ie. do not contain identifying characteristics of visitors to the Online Store. These data are not disclosed to third parties.
4.BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
4.1.Providing personal data by the Service Recipient or Customer is voluntary, however, failure to provide personal data pointed at the Online Store and in the Online Store Regulations necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Purchase Agreement or contract for the provision of Electronic Services results in the inability to conclude this agreement.
4.2.The basis for processing personal data of Service Recipient or Customer is a need to conclude the agreement, which is a party or at his request a demand to take action before it is concluded. In the case of data processing for direct marketing of the Administrator's own products or services, the basis for such processing is (1) The prior consent of the Service Recipient or Customer or (2) the fulfillment of the legitimate objectives pursued by the Administrator (in accordance with Art. 23, paragraph. 4 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data the legitimate objective to be achieved is considered in particular direct marketing of products or services of the Administrator).
4.3.In the case of data processing in order to express the opinion of a Customer on the concluded Purchase Agreement the basis for such processing is the consent of the Service Recipient or Customer.
5.THE RIGHT OF CONTROL AND ACCESS OVER ONE'S PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR CORRECTION
5.1.The Service Recipient or Customer has the right to access their personal data and correct them.
5.2.Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him contained in the data set of the Administrator and notably the right to require completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or removal if they are incomplete, outdated, incorrect or collected in violation of the law or are no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
5.3.If granted permission by the Service Recipient or Customer to process data for direct marketing of Administrator's own products or services the consent may be revoked at any time.
5.4.If the Administrator intends to process or processes data of the Service Recipient or Customer for direct marketing his own products or services, the person whose data is the subject is entitled also to (1) the filing of a written, reasoned request to cease processing of data because of their particular situation or to (2) object to the processing of its data.
5.5.In order to exercise the rights referred to above it is possible to contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate messages in writing or by e-mail to the Administrator's address indicated at the outset of this Privacy Policy.
6.FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1.Online Store may contain links to other websites. The Administrator urges that after passing to the other site, read the policy statements there. This privacy policy applies only to this Store.
6.2.The Administrator uses technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of personal data processed appropriate to the risks and category of data being protected, and in particular protects data against their unauthorized disclosure, takeover by an unauthorized person, processing with violation of existing regulations change, loss, damage or destruction.
6.3.The Administrator shall suitably provide the following technical measures to prevent the acquisition and modification of personal data transmitted electronically by unauthorized persons:
